Bio
Pharm. (Dr.) Joy Bernadette Johnson heads the Enforcement & Narcotic Control Department (E.N.C) with 15 years of experience. She is responsible for ensuring that laws related to medicines, controlled drugs and narcotics are properly enforced. Dr. Johnson graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy with Honors in 2007 from the College of Medicine and Allied Health Sciences, University of Sierra Leone.
